An online community consultation on two possible active travel routes linking Stanley and Luncarty was carried out in Spring 2021 to gather comments and suggestions from the local populace.

Through this consultation, a strong preference was given for Route Y. This is the most direct north/south route between Stanley and Luncarty following field lines and keeping away from the busy B9099 in the main.
