Nature-minded outdoors enthusiast are wanted to join the Board of Trustees to contribute to the future of the countryside and natural heritage of Perth and Kinross.

Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust (PKCT) is looking to appoint two new Trustees with skills in finance and charity governance / legal experience to join them in developing PKCT, its strategy and governance, as well as working with its staff on projects.

PKCT is an independent charity with six staff engaged in a wide range of projects in the area relating to public access and education for everyone of all ages and abilities, the many historic trees, and conservation in general. Its major projects are Perthshire Big Tree Country, the Cateran Trail, the River Tay Way, Perthshire Conifer Conservation Programme, and working with communities, as well as education in all these area.

PKCT’s Trustees meet four times a year and sit on Sub-Committees that direct various aspects of PKCT’s work.

Trustees are not remunerated, and your contribution will be on a voluntary/pro bono basis.
